At Glennons, in the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, suppliers and business partners, we have fully implemented contingency plans and almost all work is now being conducted remotely.
We will be able to continue to provide you, our customers, with the service you require. As we are working remotely, routine referrals and escalations will take a little longer and you may experience some delay in receiving documentation from us including the issuing of Motor Insurance Certificates & Discs . We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
If you need to send documents to us please email them via one of the email addresses below and if you need to make a payment please contact us to pay via Credit or Debit Card, or we can provide our bank details for you to pay via Electronic Fund Transfer, please do not forward a Cheque to the office.
We would also like to inform you of the steps we have taken, and some advice on how we can assist you, and what you should do if you have any concerns or queries.

In addition to the prudent measures we have taken to minimise the risk of transmission to or from our staff, we have closed our office in Charlemont Place to all visitors.
If You Work from Home
It is of course possible that you or a member of your family or household may be required to, or may choose to, work from home. We have spoken with all of the Home Insurance providers in our panel and have confirmed that your home insurance policy will not be invalidated or negatively affected in any way if you are working from home on a laptop or pc. If you are conducting any other form of work, involving manufacture or finishing, or involving visitors to your home in connection with your business or occupation you must contact us for further advice.
Renewal of your Insurance Policy / Changes to cover / General insurance enquiries
We recommend that you renew your insurance policy well in advance of your renewal date to ensure that there is no gap in cover and in the case of motor insurance we will endeavor to forward your Certificate of Insurance to you as soon as possible.
