If you have been unfortunate enough to have suffered an illness or accident and you want to make a claim please call us on our helpline 1890 81 22 21. Once we receive your claims notification our trained professional staff will advise and guide you through the claim process to a speedy settlement. We will send you an in-patient or international claim form with our advice as to what you need to do to make your claim.
To make it easier for you Aviva do not require a claim form for outpatient or day-to-day claims. All you have to do is register your claim with them over the phone at 1890 717 717 and you then just forward your receipts to them and they will send on their cheque in settlement.
